Starting a chat on Skype.
STEP 1. Launch the application on your PC. You need to enter your login details. If you do not wish to enter your details again on the next launch, simply check the box on the bottom of this window, so Skype will sign in automatically. Also you can remind how to create a Skype account.
STEP 2. Go to "Contacts" and find there a friend you wish to chat with. Left-click in "Seach" area to type in your friends Skype name. (If the name was not added to your list, share your details with new contact). Then click on his contact to open chat window in the right area.
STEP 3. Type your message in the middle area at the bottom of the window. If you wish to make chatting more lively, use a smiling face (emoticon); click on the sign and choose an appropriate one. Learn more here - how to delete a Skype account.
STEP 4. After you type your message, tap Enter or click Send to deliver it.
Note: you can tap SHIFT+Enter or CTRL+Enter in order to start a new paragraph in your message.
Note: if you mistyped something, or if you want to change (or delete) message, right-click on the sent message and select "Edit Message". Apply all necessary changes, then again press Enter to send corrected text.
As you see, it is extermely easy to chat on Skype!
